The spirit-filled Arcata Interfaith Gospel Choir will be performing their Harvest Concert at 7pm on Friday, November 3, 2017, at the Arcata United Methodist Church (1761 11th St.). The concert also features the fantastic singer Clarie Bent and the AIGC Youth Choir. Refreshments will be served.
Monetary donations will be accepted at the concert for The Legacy campaign to help feed the needy.
Tickets are $15 from AIGC members and online. Tickets are also available from Wildberries (747 13th St, Arcata) and The Works (434 2nd St, Eureka). Tickets are $18 at the door. There is no charge for children 5 and under.
The usual venue for AIGC Harvest Concert, the Arcata Presbyterian Church, was partially burned by an arsonist on September 16, 2017 and is not available for the concert.
For 25 years, the Arcata Interfaith Gospel Choir has sung out its message of faith, hope, love and joy. The 60-voice choir serves the North Coast region by singing at community events, fundraising benefits, memorials, churches, and for inmates at the Humboldt County jail.
